    QUALIFICATIONS

    • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Office Administration, Industrial Psychology, and/or equivalent.
    • At least 5 years of work experience in an HR Admin position
    • Techsavvy
    • Strong English communication skills
    • Strong organizational & time management skills
    • Driven team player who can work independently
    • Can handle multiple deliverables and tight deadlines
    • Detailoriented and able to work with minimal supervision
    • Relevant experience in processing benefits and tasks for government agencies such as DOLE, SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAG-IBIG and LGU
    • Amenable to work on site in Pasig City
    • Building/office permits and government deductions experience
    • Office management and events support management
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Amenable to work onsite 3 days in a week
    • Available to start in 2 weeks
