Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chemist at MEGAPAINT CORPORATION located in Rizal. The Chemist will be responsible for conducting laboratory analyses, quality control testing, and research and development activities. The role will involve utilizing analytical skills and collaborating with the R&D team to drive innovation and ensure product excellence.

Qualifications

• Laboratory Skills, including proficiency in lab techniques and equipment operation
• Quality Control experience, with a strong understanding of quality standards and procedures
• Analytical Skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data accurately
• Research and Development (R&D) experience, with a focus on developing new products and improving existing formulas
• Excellent Research skills, including the ability to conduct literature reviews and stay updated with industry trends
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in the paint industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field
