• At least one (1) year experience as a Communication Skills Coach, Quality Analyst, CommunicationSkills Trainer, or Communications Quality Coach in a BPO company
• 1-2 years BPO experience taking inbound calls
• An advantage if you have at least 1 year ESL instruction experience
• Must be willing to work onsite in Alabang (graveyard shift) RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor and evaluate language quality
• Use the data gathered from Communication Audits to identify opportunities for improvement andpresent sound recommendations to stakeholders
• Implement target Communication Skills development program
• Continuously monitor, coach, and provide real-time assistance to the agents for improvement oftheir communication skills
• Create and deliver daily, monthly, and year-to-date reports that show how well communication skillsare improving for agents or groups. These reports cover language quality, progress, project status,and other important metrics impacted by improvement on Communication Skills
• Do tasks that use basic business or operational skills and knowledge, applying principles from themain field of expertise
