    The Marie France Group of Companies is looking for a creative, tech-savvy and highly organized Employer Branding Associate to help us attract top talent by showcasing who we are, what we stand for, and why we are an employer of choice in the beauty and wellness industry.

    What You'll Do:

    Strategy & Content Creation

    • Develop and implement employer branding strategies aligned with our company culture and hiring goals
    • Plan and manage a content calendar for various platforms, including campaigns tied to key recruitment milestones
    • Create engaging content such as videos, blogs, employee stories, and recruitment materials
    • Collaborate with departments and employees to gather authentic stories and testimonials
    • Stay updated on trends and best practices in employer branding, digital recruitment, and employee engagement

    Social Media & Digital Presence

    • Manage and maintain consistent branding across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and job portals
    • Recommend social media strategies to boost reach and engagement for the Talent Acquisition team
    • Monitor insights and performance metrics for continuous improvement

    Event Planning & Execution

    • Lead and coordinate the company's participation in job fairs, campus drives, recruitment caravans, and PESO events
    • Oversee event logistics, materials, and team readiness
    • Represent the company in external engagements, showcasing our culture and opportunities
    • Maintain candidate databases and prepare post-event reports for analysis and recommendations of the Talent Acquisition Manager

    Partnerships & Government Collaboration

    • Build strong relationships with universities, student orgs, PESO offices, and government agencies
    • Handle approvals and coordination for provincial hiring needs with internal stakeholders
    • Follow up on candidate pipelines and manage post-event communications

    What We're Looking For:

    • Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related fields
    • At least 1 year experience in employer branding, content creation, recruitment marketing, or related roles
    • Strong skills in social media management, event coordination, and content writing
    • Creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a good eye for branding
    • Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple initiatives and timelines
    • Proficiency in Canva, video editing tools, and social media scheduling tools is a plus
