- Enthusiastic and self-motivated Accounts Executive to be involved in all aspects of accounting within our organization. Working closely with the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for three main functional areas: bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Keep financial records for the business.
- Process financial documents.
- Complete basic administrative tasks
- Ensure that products and services are billed promptly and correctly and paid on time.
- Maintain customer accounts.
- Generate invoices, credit notes and reminders.
- Post receipts for incoming payments.
- Record keeping.
- Track bank account balances.
- Completing bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations
- Complete Purchase Order billing on time and enter vendor bills.
- Monitoring overdue invoices, chasing them up and escalating late payments to superiors if necessary
- Prepare cash flow, stock, and sales reports.
- Communicate with vendors and other third parties
