    Job Summary
    • Enthusiastic and self-motivated Accounts Executive to be involved in all aspects of accounting within our organization. Working closely with the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for three main functional areas: bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
    Responsibilities
    • Keep financial records for the business.
    • Process financial documents.
    • Complete basic administrative tasks
    • Ensure that products and services are billed promptly and correctly and paid on time.
    • Maintain customer accounts.
    • Generate invoices, credit notes and reminders.
    • Post receipts for incoming payments.
    • Record keeping.
    • Track bank account balances.
    • Completing bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations
    • Complete Purchase Order billing on time and enter vendor bills.
    • Monitoring overdue invoices, chasing them up and escalating late payments to superiors if necessary
    • Prepare cash flow, stock, and sales reports.
    • Communicate with vendors and other third parties
