We are looking for an Insurance Renewal Management Generalist who thrives in end-to-end renewal interaction process, ensuring that every client receives clear, accurate, and empathetic support regarding their benefit plans.
Basic Qualification:
- Education: Graduate with a Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related business field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant customer service or renewal-related capacity.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with D365 and CRM Tools.
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 100% accuracy.
- Compliance: Willing to obtain HIPAA certification within the first 30 days.
- Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Availability: Must be able to work onsite in Alabang on a night shift schedule.
- Knowledge of health/ancillary insurance products and benefit plan designs.
- Experience with HCM (Human Capital Management) Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Advocacy: Handle high-level email interactions, providing detailed product/service info with impeccable grammar and professional tone.
- Issue Resolution: Efficiently resolve complex customer concerns by following established protocols and escalating to Level 2 support when necessary.
- Data Integrity: Maintain and update customer records with 100% accuracy, ensuring all documentation meets ADEC's strict security and HIPAA protocols.
- Feedback Loop: Prepare comprehensive reports based on customer feedback to help improve our service delivery.
- Team Goals: Contribute to departmental targets and support audit compliance through meticulous record-keeping.
