    Job Summary:

    The Promodizer (Sourcing Specialist) is responsible for attracting and engaging potential candidates through active field recruitment efforts. This role focuses on participating in job caravans, distributing flyers, conducting initial applicant engagement, and promoting career opportunities to support hiring targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Participate in job caravans, campus activities, and community-based recruitment events.
    • Distribute flyers and promotional materials in assigned areas to attract applicants.
    • Engage walk-in and field-sourced candidates and provide basic job information.
    • Conduct initial screening and endorse qualified applicants to the recruitment team.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
    • Track daily sourcing activities and submit accomplishment reports.
    • Represent the company professionally during all field activities.

    Qualifications:

    • High school graduate or college level/graduate (preferred).
    • With experience in field marketing, sales, or recruitment (advantage but not required).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Energetic, proactive, and comfortable working outdoors.
    • Goal-oriented and able to meet sourcing targets.
