    Company Description

    Cebuana Lhuillier Rural Bank (CLRB) is a subsidiary of PJ Lhuillier, Inc. and was established in June 1998. As a regulated bank under the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, CLRB aims to provide affordable and accessible banking transactions to underserved Filipinos. The bank offers a range of products and services including savings accounts, loans, bills payment, load top-up, and money transfer. With plans to expand its reach nationwide, CLRB currently has five branches and collaborates with its cash agent Cebuana Lhuillier, which has 2,500 branches and 20,000 partner outlets.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role as a Product Officer at Cebuana Lhuillier Bank. The Product Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to product management and project management. This role is located in Makati with flexibility for remote work.

    Qualifications

    • Analytical Skills, Product Management, and Project Management skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Knowledge or experience in finance
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Experience in the banking industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

    Graduate of any four-year course preferably Economics, Statistics, and Math-related.

    • With at least three (3) years of work experience in product management of the bank of financial services industry.
    • Ideally with expertise in cohort analysis, A/B testing, retention analysis, heat mapping, form analysis, funnel analysis, session replay, and user survey
    • Must be knowledgeable on regulatory laws and requirements.
