We are looking for a Payroll Data Analyst to join our North America Payroll team — someone with the vision, experience, and passion to make a real impact. The ideal candidate brings an analytical mindset, a commitment to accuracy, and the drive to deliver meaningful insights for both our management teams and our clients.

As a Payroll Data Analyst, You Will…

Audit HRIS, Payroll, and Time & Attendance System entries.
Prepare and audit hours sent to temp agencies.
Create and import bulk payroll entries.
Prepare Bonus and Incentive entries.
Create and deliver payroll financial management reports.
Perform monthly benefit reconciliations (Oversee bi-weekly benefit repayments).
Prepare Ad hoc reports as requested.
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency with automation.

As a Payroll Data Analyst, You Have…

1-2 years of experience in a finance role.
Previous HR or Payroll experience could be an asset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving experience with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills: listening, verbal, and written.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Above-average report writing experience.
Quick learner, has an eager personality.
