We are seeking a Talent Acquisition and Operations Assistant to support recruitment efforts and administrative tasks. This role combines recruitment, client communication, and organizational skills to ensure the success of our dynamic, fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and assisting in hiring decisions
– Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, keeping records, and managing internal communication
– Support senior management with project coordination, reports, and team organization
– Assist with onboarding new employees and handling HR-related tasks
– Communicate with clients regarding hiring processes
– Collaborate with leadership on business operations and employee relations

Qualifications:
– Experience in recruitment (required)
– Remote work experience (required)
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both internal teams and external candidates
– Detail-oriented and self-motivated
– Proficient in tools like Google Sheets and Canva
– Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and a quick learner
