Visa Application Process:
Oversee the timely and accurate processing of visa applications, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and company policies.
Provides exceptional customer service to expatriate, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through the visa application process.


Documentation Management:
Manage and maintain accurate records of visa applications, ensuring completeness and compliance with regulations


Liaison with Authorities:
Interface with government agencies and embassies to stay updated on visa regulations, facilitate communication, and resolve any issues related to visa applications

Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure strict adherence to visa regulations and internal quality standards, conducting audits and reviews as necessary to maintain compliance and improve processes

Qualification:

Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or any related field With at least one to two years experience in visa processing and other related administrative reports and compliance.

Proficient in using microsoft office applications and google spreadsheets Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and can handle multi-tasking work.

With good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be attention to detail and with good organizational skills. Knows how to drive and with a valid driver's license. (motorcycle).Willing to be assigned in Parang, Bagac, BataanCan start ASAP
