    Job Description:


    The role of a Human Resources Specialist involves providing support to employees and management in various HR-related tasks, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Key responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, training and development programs organization.


    • Drafting job descriptions, advertisements and other HR materials;
    • Maintaining accurate employee records; processing payroll and benefits; managing attendance requests;

    Requirements:


    To succeed in this position you should possess strong organizational skills as well as excellent communication abilities. Additionally, familiarity with employment law is expected along with discretion when handling confidential information.
