    Role Overview:

    The developer is responsible for development and release management of Salesforce platform, providing development as well as 3rd line technical support. This role works closely with Salesforce Tech lead for timely delivery of solutions utilizing both declarative and programmatic development of the platform. The developer should have a keen interest in understanding business requirements and use that in building solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Development of Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web components (LWC), Lightning Aura, Visualforce pages.
    • Configuration of the platform including Custom Objects, Flows,
    • Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Roles & Sharing rules, Approval Processes.
    • Manage release management process and make sure processes and documentations are up to date and communicate with all parties involved.
    • Manage code releases.
    • Consult with Tech Lead and other business resources on requirements, approaches to design, configurations and unit testing.
    • Manage large data imports using tools like data loader.
    • Use salesforce IDEs like , VS Code
    • Optimize resources, improve efficiency and effectiveness by identifying opportunities to streamline processes.
    • Provide 3rd line support to the Salesforce team, and various end users across the businesses
    • Develop and implement high quality, scalable Salesforce solution.
    • Keep up to date with Salesforce releases and features
    • Experience in sales, marketing, and service cloud

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
    • 5 or more years of Salesforce development experience
    • Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder
    • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I or II
    • Experience in administering and configuring
    • Experience with Salesforce Development including Apex and Visualforce, LWC, Aura components, Java scripting
    • Experience with Apex Data Loader, Workbench etc.
    • Experience in implementing best practices and standards
    • Experience of developing user guides and documentation"

    Schedule:

    • Monday to Friday, 4pm to 1am PHT
