    We are looking for a
    Broker Rewards Manager
    who is more than just a number-cruncher. We need a strategist, a people leader, and a process innovator to lead our team in Manila. You won't just be supervising; you'll be the bridge connecting with our delivery centers globally.

    The Mission

    In this role, you own the lifecycle of reward. From complex variable bonus calculations and equity deferrals to high-level balance sheet substantiation, you ensure that our most valuable assets—our people—are compensated accurately and on time.

    You'll be joining at a pivotal moment as we overhaul our
    Compensation System
    . You won't just use the tools; you'll help build them, driving automation that eliminates manual risk and sets a new standard for global finance operations.

    What You'll Do

    • Inspire a Team:
      Lead, coach, and mentor a dedicated team of 10 specialists, fostering a culture where accountability meets collaboration.
    • Own the Global Flow:
      Oversee the end-to-end production of accruals and payouts across multiple brands and asset classes.
    • Initiate Efficiency:
      Act as a key stakeholder in system transformation projects, turning "the way we've always done it" into "the way it should be done."
    • Maintain the Shield:
      Ensure a bulletproof control framework, managing balance sheet reconciliations and audit requirements with meticulous precision.
    • Strategic Partnering:
      Interface directly with regional Finance, IT, and Business leaders globally, acting as the "source of truth" for compensation data.

    Who You Are

    You are a Finance professional who thrives in the fast-paced world of
    Capital Markets or Broker-Dealers
    . You understand that "good enough" isn't an option when it comes to the general ledger.

    Your Toolkit includes:

    • Leadership:
      Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
    • Technical Edge:
      Advanced Excel skills and experience with tier-one financial systems (Oracle, OneStream, SmartView, or Hubble).
    • Analytical Rigor:
      A natural ability to spot trends in P&L, investigate variances, and link financial data to business performance.
    • Resilience:
      The ability to navigate international time zones and complex organizational structures without breaking a sweat.
