Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Risk and Compliance Senior Manager / Head to lead governance, risk, and compliance functions across the organization. This role will oversee contract lifecycle management, provide timely legal and risk advisory, ensure compliance with ISO standards, and fulfill Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsibilities. The ideal candidate is resilient under pressure, professionally polished, and possesses the gravitas to engage effectively with senior executives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead contract lifecycle management, ensuring timely reviews, approvals, and risk assessments.
- Provide legal and risk advisory to senior leadership and business units.
- Oversee governance and compliance programs, including ISO audits and certifications.
- Fulfill Data Protection Officer (DPO) functions, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Engage with senior executives and stakeholders, presenting compliance and risk strategies with authority and clarity.
- Monitor industry regulations and proactively recommend adjustments to organizational policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in compliance processes and risk mitigation strategies.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, IT, or related field; advanced degree or certifications in compliance/risk management preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or legal advisory, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, governance frameworks, and data privacy regulations.
- Proven experience in contract management and risk advisory.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
- Resilient, polished, and able to perform under pressure.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup and be based in BGC, Taguig.
- Preferably available to start as soon as possible.
