    HAVES:

    • Proven experience in Windows, Linux, AND Citrix administration
    • MS SQL experience is a plus
    • NOT looking for trained or with one year experience; must have solid experience on the above

    WHAT THEY WILL BE DOING:
    Citrix Administration and Maintenance


    • Managing Citrix and Windows Infrastructure services.
    • Maintain, troubleshoot and co-ordinate replacement of faulty hardware.
    • Contribute to Engineering solutions based on Customer's requirements.
    • Perform BAU support for Temasek and Non-Temasek customers.
    • Resolve Level 2 support cases.
    • Escalate to the relevant team as required, promptly following procedures, and ensuring management
    is updated accordingly.


    • Raise Change Requests in a timely manner and attend Change Review Meetings as required.
    • Provide detailed feedback to team members on all the incident resolutions, ensuring full details are
    documented and entered Knowledge base.


    • Daily review and action of open cases; updating Operations Management on current cases and their
    status as appropriate.


    • Compliance – Working with Client base to organize and schedule compliance items such as hardware
    and software updates including firmware revisions and OS and Sub-Systems patching.


    Requirements:

    • - 5 Years of experience in Citrix Administration with both XenApp and Xen Desktop with multiple sites and farms.
    • Strong knowledge in design, implementation, troubleshooting of Citrix Presentation Server, XenApp and Xen Desktop. Have performed Citrix upgrade and farm migration from planning through implementation.
    • Strong knowledge in configuring Roaming profiles and Streaming profile configuration
    • Good troubleshooting skills in Citrix printers, profiles, resource manager's thresholds, installation
    • manager, Citrix Farm Configuration.
    • Expert on multiple versions of Citrix and strong experience of Citrix Secure gateway/Web Interface
    /NetScaler).


    • Experience on managing Citrix farm on VMware. will be added advantage.
    • Designing & implementing policies within CITRIX environment.
    • Publishing applications in Citrix and application virtualization using AppSense and/or Microsoft App-V.
    • Windows Active Directory Administration.
    • Knowledge of ITIL v3 and Intermediate topics is preferred. Certified in ITIL would be a benefit
