- Main Responsibility will be outbound calls
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients
- Proficiency of the business process and its product
- Knowledgeable in different CRM tools, e.g. FreshSales, Anima, and has the ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Ability to communicate effectively and knows how to handle different types of customers
- Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting, inbound and outbound calling
- Team player and flexible with the demands of the job
- 3+ years of experience in the BPO Industry with sales background, preferably in a fintech or tech company
- Graduate of any business or IT related field
- Amenable working US Pacific time
- Has his /her own device to use for the job (minimum specs to be discussed)
