- Own day-to-day billing support operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses to billing inquiries
- Serve as the primary internal point of contact for billing questions, account changes, and customer billing support
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments, credits, adjustments, and cancellations
- Manage and maintain customer-specific billing configurations in alignment with contractual terms and internal policy
- Oversee the end-to-end collections process in partnership with Finance teams and external collections agencies
- Manage past-due account workflows in collaboration with Customer Success and Finance to drive timely resolution
- Proactively coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues prior to escalation when possible
- Apply consistent, policy-aligned handling of delinquent accounts while maintaining a customer-friendly approach
- Execute all billing activities in accordance with documented processes, policies, and accounting controls
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial accuracy standards across all billing actions
- Identify recurring billing issues, process gaps, and inefficiencies and surface recommendations for improvement
- Demonstrate sound judgment by asking clarifying questions when uncertainty exists rather than making assumptions
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Customer Success, Account Management, and CX teams to resolve billing issues efficiently
- Communicate proactively when billing issues may impact customer experience, retention, or collections outcomes
- Provide accurate billing context and historical account information to support internal teams as needed.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy

- Careful and diligent in executing financial and account-related tasks

- Bonus points for experience working closely with Finance teams, collections workflows, or SaaS billing systems.
- Monday to Friday, 10pm to 7am PHT

Role Overview:
The Billing Support Specialist is responsible for owning and executing day-to-day billing
operations that directly impact customer trust, revenue accuracy, and cash collection. This role serves as the primary internal point of contact for billing-related questions, changes, and issue resolution, while partnering closely with Finance, Customer Success, and external collections partners.
