Job Title: Production Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a related field and a strong background in engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities:

1. Set Efficiency Targets: Establish and track efficiency targets for each function to produce high-quality finished goods.
2. Safety and Sanitation: Support and participate in our company's food safety and sanitation processes to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
3. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of raw materials, in-process goods, finished goods, operational processes, and the overall plant environment to meet GMP standards.
4. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee daily set-up and clean-up of equipment and machineries to ensure effective and efficient operations.
5. Scheduling: Set schedules or timetables and effectively communicate them to production teams to achieve volume targets and production plans.
6. Promote Efficiency: Effectively manage personnel to ensure they understand and accomplish their daily tasks, increasing their efficiency and potential.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Background: Preferably with experience as Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager in Manufacturing/Production Operations/Restaurant or similar fields.
