- Analyze business requirements and functional specifications related to Oracle Finance (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets) and Oracle Supply Chain (e.g., Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Procurement).
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to validate system enhancements, bug fixes, and configuration changes.
- Identify, document, and track defects using test management and issue tracking tools.
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to support User Acceptance Testing and ensure business process alignment.
- Validate data accuracy and reconciliation for transactions flowing between submodules and general ledger.
- Participate in test data preparation and environment setup.
- Ensure compliance with QA standards, internal controls, and change management procedures.
- Provide status reports on testing progress, risks, and issues.
- Support post-implementation reviews and production validations.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in ERP testing, preferably with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Cloud ERP, or Oracle Fusion.
- Hands-on experience testing Oracle Finance and/or Supply Chain modules.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and supply chain processes.
- Proficient in writing SQL queries for test validation and data analysis.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, Oracle Test Manager, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- ISTQB or similar QA certification.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementations or upgrades.
- Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Oracle Application Testing Suite) is a plus.
