    Opportunity

    This role is driving continuous improvement across the GSC Ocean and Logistics & Services (LnS) teams of One Team Customer Experience and Logistics and Services through project prioritization and process improvements., including readiness of LnS teams and Ocean teams to LEAN maturity and sustainability of continuous improvement activities and timelines based on business and technology value. Ensures that services introduced meet operational requirements, are in line with those agreed for provision and that operational teams are ready to operate these services, processes and tools.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Establish Continuous Improvement Ideas for all site Products and Services.
    • Responsible for identifying, initiating, and supporting new improvement opportunities .
    • Ensure best practices from other Areas, Sites and Teams are considered and local successful improvements are shared.
    • Test & implement global standardization proposals to the standard processes as defined by the global process owners.
    • Introduce and maintain an end-to-end process mind set within the site teams.
    • Maintain customer centric and cultural mindset.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Staying up-to-date with developments in management and process optimization.
    • A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organizational structures.
    • Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    • Identify and review with EMs any additional resourcing required to support services during early life or in long term operation.
    • Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction.

    Accountable for:

    • Build and delivery of effective continuous improvement services into the GSC Ocean and Logistics & Services (LnS)in line with Services and Main business areas under Ocean and LnS teams and all other products and services under the GSC Commercial One Team Customer Experience (OTCX) & Logistics and Services (LnS) teams.
    • Identification of resource requirements.
    • Ongoing delivery of continuous improvement services in line with CX Operational services.

    Consulted about:

    • Platforms and Tools.
    • Process updates and implementation.
    • BCP and Issue Management.
    • Fast track,Compliance & Attestation ownership.

    Critical Competencies:

    • Good experience in development in agile and scaled agile environments
    • Strong understanding of the process,technology and tools required to support service operations in a large enterprise
    • Extensive understanding of the approach and process required to successfully introduce continuous improvementservices into an enterprise run function
    • Extensive understanding of the process and business services expected to be provided across an enterprise run function
    • Understanding of the Maersk business area and the impact that operational services have on these areas.

    Who are we looking for:

    • Bachelor's Degree Graduate.
    • With at least 3 years of experience on similar role/responsibilities.
    • Strong automation and transformation experience for GSC (Global Service Center).
    • Knowledge in Project Management Process Management and Optimization.
    • Good to have workforce management/headcount development/productivity and efficiency.
    • Good to have experiences in Agile, Lean and Quality.
    • Must have a background in 4PL Process.
    • Strong reporting capability - MS Proficient.
    • Excellent Communication Skills.
    • A team player, highly flexible and engaging individual.
    • Amenable to work in the morning/mid shift schedule.
