    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent is required
    • Good verbal and communication skills
    • Strong organization and time management skills
    • Must have experience/exposure in handling corporate events
    • Proficient in administrative and clerical protocols
    • Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City
    • Can start IMMEDIATELY
    • Willing to be in a project-based employment

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Will assist with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing paperwork, answering phone calls, preparing documents for meetings
    • Receives billing/invoices and ensures payment documents for Finance & Accounting are completed and submitted
    • Perform skilled and responsible administrative and clerical work
