    Job Summary:

    The recruiting and project specialist is primarily responsible for all aspects of recruitment process, from the initial job posting, attracting the right candidates to final employment contract completion. As a secondary responsibility as time permits, this role may be assigned assisting operational projects in the areas of customer services, email management, scheduling coordination, hiring outreaches and ad hoc operational projects. The most recruited roles are massage therapist, acupuncturist, estheticians, front desk concierges, cleaners and attendances, department supervisors and managers, but can include roles in sales and marketing and other areas of the company.

    The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talents, a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and the ability to create a positive candidate experience. This position plays a critical roles in ensuring Redmint secure the human capital necessary for its success and growth.

    Responsibilities:
    • Review and evaluate resumes to identify and attract talented candidates.
    • Conduct initial interviews via video to assess applicant suitability.
    • Coordinate the entire interview process with on-site staffs.
    • Collaborate with management to fill vacancies in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Work closely with management to define job requirements, roles and responsibilities.
    • Post job openings on websites and hiring platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
    • Source candidates through online channels, social and professional platforms.
    • Screen resumes and applications,
    • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and possibly negotiate employment terms.
    • Assist and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements of Redmint.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and applicant files.
    • Stay current with recruitment trends and best practices to advise management on strategies and recommendations.
    • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
    • Represent Redmint professionally and courteously though email or phone call.
    • Assist in wellness sanctuary operation projects as requested by management.
    • Special projects as assigned. Duties can change from time to time due to store needs.


    Requirements

    • Experiences in Spa/Fitness/Wellness/retail/hospitality/customer service/HR administration preferred.
    • Proven experiences as recruiting specialist or talent acquisition specialist for wellness/retail industry.
    • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, tools and online job boards and Hiring software systems.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.

    • Bachelor's degree required
