    The Finacial Planning and Analysis Specialist (FP&A) is responsible for reliable financial management and reporting. On the business unit (BU) level, you are the business partner of the BU leaders. You shall ensure proper implementation of internal controls and compliance with accounting and tax regulations. Your role shall not be limited to administrative function but also provide economic inputs and analysis to the BU leaders relevant to business decision making.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    On your playground, you will be responsible for:


    • Build a strong partnership with BU leaders and support them to take the best decisions


    • Challenge the BU leaders with business strategies and give your economic inputs as well


    • Accompany the BU leaders to do the business plan, budget, financial forecasts and report variances


    • Support month-end and year-end closing process


    • Assist in internal and external audit preparation


    • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and internal analysis (Stock, Margin etc.) and highlight financial impact of decisions and projects


    • Ensure quality control over accounting transactions and financial reporting


    • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

    WHO ARE YOU

    • You have a bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance related courses, preferably a Certified Public Accountant


    • You have at least 3 years work experience in any field of Accounting or Finance


    • You are keen to details and highly analytical

    • You show curiosity and a good sense of organization


    • You are responsible, service oriented and a team player


    • You are ready to innovate and you want to take on new challenges
