- Provide training and guidance to employees on regulatory compliance, ethics, and risk management best practices
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- Experience practising law, preferably in the insurance industry or related field
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing a legal team and overseeing complex legal matters
- Comprehensive understanding of insurance laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting a culture of compliance and integrity
