Responsibilities
- Deliver crossfunctional alignment to deliver on territory shared goals Provide project management support to critical projects drive process improvements in collaboration with the Head Office to supplement territory execution efforts Accelerate support for the territory leadership teams in addressing execution gaps and roadblocks in partnership with the Group Heads Do regular onground insighting via territory immersions customer FGDs partner kumustahans to capture realities and opportunities improve strategy execution Proactively monitor territory progress against Shared KPIs identify key performance drivers Enable territories clearly plans structures scorecards dashboards other tools effectively deliver priority Make sure relevant corporate directives cascaded down line Foster culture accountability innovation Sustain momentum ensuring both territorial leadership working teams wellengaged Equal Opportunity Employer
