- 3 to 5 years' relevant experience managing or supervising outbound phone sales teams in a cold calling environment
- Strong ability to coach sales skills: discovery, objection handling, closing, and pipeline discipline
- Excellent spoken and written English with an accent suitable for the US market
- Strong KPI management experience (dials, connects, conversions, revenue) and performance accountability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while providing structure to the team
- Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- Experience working with US-based clients or companies
- Background in digital marketing sales: Google Ads, PPC, SEO, SEM, paid search, lead generation
- Familiarity with purchasing and using prospect databases and list-building tools
- Experience scaling sales teams and building repeatable outbound processes
- 3-5 years of experience in cold calling team management and phone sales training
- Experience with American customers is a plus
- Experience training reps to make targeted cold calls to commercial businesses is a plus
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a cold calling sales team, scaling from 5 to 50+ representatives
- Coach, mentor, and performance manage team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Run regular 1:1s, call coaching sessions, and team huddles to drive improvement and accountability
- Monitor call quality, script adherence, objection handling, and conversion performance
- Implement performance improvement plans when required and maintain high standards across the team
- Oversee outbound calling activity to ensure consistent pipeline generation and subscription conversions
- Support reps in reaching decision makers, running discovery conversations, and closing subscriptions
- Refine scripts, talk tracks, and call frameworks to improve contact rates, qualification, and conversion
- Work closely with leadership to set targets, forecast results, and continuously improve processes
- Ensure accurate and consistent CRM usage, including call outcomes, notes, pipeline stages, and follow-ups
- Maintain and enforce data hygiene and reporting standards in Salesforce
- Track and report on team performance: dials, connects, conversations, appointments, conversions, and revenue
- Use performance insights to identify trends, training gaps, and optimization opportunities
- Build a strong, energetic outbound culture that rewards effort, consistency, and results
- Set expectations around professionalism, communication, and customer experience for the US market
- Maintain high standards of spoken English and clear communication appropriate to US customers
