SUMMARY:
Prepare detailed labor and material cost estimates for all assigned projects within the designated area.
Monitor and evaluate project progress using bar charts to ensure timely completion and cost efficiency.
Oversee and supervise ongoing projects to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.
EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
EXPERIENCE:
- Open to fresh graduates.
SKILLS:
Strong supervisory and administrative abilities.
Computer proficient.
Able to effectively present information and respond to inquiries.
Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution.
Knowledgeable in machine installation and maintenance.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Capable of leading teams and communicating effectively with clients, employees, and organizational groups.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Willing to render overtime work when required.
