    Customer Service Director is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution. Will be responsible to drive a high-touch, innovative culture and help move healthcare forward.

    Responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Customer Service function.

    Qualifications

    • 12+ years of relevant experience
    • Experienced in lifting and shifting new processes
    • At least a Bachelor's degree graduate
    • Must have had experience managing Manager level

    • Provides leadership to managers and experienced professional staff may also manage front line supervisors
    • Manages an organizational budget
    • Develops and implements policies and procedures to achieve organizational goals
    • Assists in the development of functional strategy
    • Decisions have an extended impact on work processes, outcomes, and customers
    • Interacts with internal and/or external leaders, including senior management
    • Persuades others into agreement in sensitive situations while maintaining positive relationships and staying resilient to changes
