• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field with at least 1 year of experience
• Working knowledge of labor laws and other government agencies requirement.
• With excellent communications and organizational skill
• Computer literacy specifically MS Office programs
• Ability to handle multi-tasks simultaneously
• Can work with minimum supervision.
• Knowledge in accounting and property management is a plus
  • With high moral standards and integrity

• Maintain employee records
• Payroll preparation including gov't agencies reporting (SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, Dole, BIR)
• Application of HR policies and procedures Provide orientations for new employees.
• Monitoring and compliance of government issued permits such as business permit, annual building permit, etc.
• Purchasing of company' supplies
• Coordinating and monitoring of maintenance services provided by the company.
• Performs other relevant duties that may be assigned from time to time.
