    ABOUT THE ROLE

    As a Target Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing pay-per-click Roundel Media Studio campaigns to drive sales and maximize ROI at Target. You will work closely with our media and internal Target teams to develop strategies that meet business goals and ensure campaign success.

    A DAY IN YOUR LIFE:

    • Develop, implement, and manage Target Product Ads campaigns.
    • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
    • Optimize campaigns by analyzing performance data, adjusting bids, and refining targeting strategies.
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Collaborate with account managers and media leaders, and other stakeholders to align strategies with overall marketing goals.
    • Stay up-to-date with Roundel advertising best practices, policies, and platform updates.
    • Manage budgets effectively to ensure efficient use of advertising spend.
    • Perform A/B testing to determine the most effective ad copy and strategies.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to campaigns.

    ABOUT YOU

    • 1-2 years of experience managing retail media campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of retail media advertising platforms and technology tools.
    • Proficient in using Roundel Media Studio, Criteo or similar platform, Pacvue and/or other relevant API software.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
