- Monitoring and updating company database.
- Timekeeping.
- Maintains complete confidentiality of all HR-related information;
- Maintains employment files and records per company policy and legal regulations;
- Processes exit management (clearance).
- Repository of personnel file.
- Responsible in documenting grievances, terminations, absences, and performance reports of employees, and other HR-related matters;
- Manages in conducting due process in handling offenses committed by an employee;
- Coordinates with other departments for concerns relating to employee relations, payroll, benefits and training;
- Plans, organizes and facilitates employee engagement such as company events and activities;
