Job Description:

Execute B2B marketing strategies, including branding, lead generation, advertising, and digital marketing, to support business goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in HR, Payroll, and Benefits Administration, engaging prospective clients through product presentations and meetings.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and government-mandated benefits to provide strategic advisory support to clients.
Conduct sales pitches and presentations to potential clients
Meet with prospects, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions
Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, webinars, content marketing, and email campaigns, ensuring effective audience engagement.
Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and lead nurturing.
Drive revenue growth by optimizing marketing initiatives, business development strategies, and sales funnel performance to meet monthly and annual sales/profit targets.
Strengthen brand positioning through impactful marketing and media strategies.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, market trends, and consumer insights to refine approaches.
Lead and mentor a team of associates, fostering professional growth, performance excellence, and a results-driven culture.

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or any related field
Must have at least 5 to 10 years of professional work experience in Marketing or Business Development
Strong expertise in marketing strategies, promotional activities, and brand positioning
Experience in brand marketing and growth hacking for both B2B and B2C products is an advantage
Well-versed in social media platforms and digital marketing trends
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives effectively
Must be willing to work in a hybrid setup

Work Arrangement

Monday to Friday
8 hours per day
Hybrid setup, onsite three times a week in Makati
