    Roles and ResponsibilitiesProspect for leads, source and identity potential franchisees.
    Conduct cold calling, schedule client meetings, conduct client presentation, and negotiate contracts.
    Oversee and manage the overall negotiation between the Company and the franchisee from start to closing the deal.

    Provide assistance to the franchisee in setting up the franchise which includes identifying of the location, coordination with contractors relative to the construction of the facility, sourcing and hiring of staff, opening of the franchise, etc.

    Provide guidance and direction to franchisees and potential franchisees alike relative to business requirements and operation.

    Educate franchisees in the overall management of the business such as proposing proactive and corrective measure in the daily business operations, staff training, marketing, etc.

    Participate in running a direct marketing campaign to support the franchising arm of the business.


    Requirements:


    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.3 to 5 years experience in business development or franchise developmentWIth strong background in client presentation and customer engagementWith excellent negotiation skillsWilling to travel anywhere in the PhilippinesWith professional driver's licenseMale or Female2.


    Salary Range:
    P40,000 to 60,000 per month3. 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Saturday4.

    Work Location:

    Branches are located in Quezon City (near Banawe) and in Las Pinas but candidate must be willing to travel for business meetings, client presentations, expos, and other official business trips.
