    Key Responsibilities

    • Software Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications, ensuring functionality, performance, and reliability.
    • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design documents.
    • Code Review and Maintenance: Review code written by peers for quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices. Maintain and refactor existing codebases as necessary.
    • Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, debugging code and implementing solutions to ensure smooth operation of applications.
    • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and user guides.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
    • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and programming languages to enhance skills and capabilities.

    Job Specifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field: A strong foundation in computer science principles, algorithms, and software development methodologies
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in software development
    • Experience and knowledge in the following: Web front-end: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap / Mobile front-end: iOS, Android, Flutter, React /Back-end: APIs, Java, Spring, Jasper Reports /Database: MySQL, MSSQL, Couchbase /Cloud Services: AWS, Azure /Nginx, Docker, Jenkins, Git /Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps
    • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and develop creative solutions using appropriate algorithms and data structures.
    • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members, communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and document software designs and code.
    • Attention to Detail: Ability to write clean, maintainable code with attention to detail, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
    • Continuous Learning: Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends through self-study, online courses, or professional development programs.
    • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing positively to team dynamics, sharing knowledge, and supporting team goals.
    • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems independently and efficiently, as well as willingness to seek help and learn from others when needed.
    • Low-Code and Automation platforms, Robotic Process Automation, AI (Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Generative AI, etc.)
