Position Summary

The Marketing & Commercial Administration Executive provides administrative, coordination, and reporting support across Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Commercial, and Training activities. The role supports multiple brands and clients, ensuring timely submissions, accurate budget tracking, smooth coordination with internal teams, clients, agencies, and Regional/HQ stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Marketing & Planning Support

  • Support implementation of brand guidelines and coordinate client communications.

  • Validate client submissions (renderings, door proposals, KPIs, technical drawings) and coordinate approvals with brands.

  • Prepare pitchbacks, Joint Business Plans (JBP), brand activity updates, and marketing calendars.

  • Support Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and quarterly reports (5+7, 8+4, BDG).

Budget & Reporting Administration

  • Prepare yearly ADV budgets per brand, activity, and client.

  • Track budgets and approved marketing claims; support interim and chargeback submissions.

  • Compile completion reports, post-mortems, and marketing claim documentation.

  • Coordinate with Finance on claim follow-ups and remittance status.

Trade Marketing & Retail Coordination

  • Coordinate seasonal visual refresh (SS/FW), field merchandising, and partner store opening activities.

  • Manage submissions to Regional teams, including quarterly distribution and visibility reports.

  • Coordinate forecasts and orders for Trade-Up tools, gadgets, and in-store materials.

Consumer Activations & Digital Support

  • Coordinate consumer activation plans, KPIs, forecasts, and approvals.

  • Support GWP shipments, PO processing, artwork approvals, and vendor accreditation.

  • Download and distribute digital assets and social packs to clients.

Commercial & Special Projects

  • Support Infomarche submissions, special collection forecasts, and distribution penetration plans.

  • Coordinate product feedback collection and special commercial projects (e.g., GLOW).

Training & Events Support

  • Coordinate N1 and N2 new collection trainings with Korea, agencies, and clients.

  • Support event logistics, attendee coordination, prize distribution, and system troubleshooting

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
