Role Overview:

This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies to accelerate revenue growth and enhance profitability across key categories and channels. The Revenue Growth Associate Manager assists in designing RGM principles and helps establish processes, tools, and guidelines for disciplined and forward-looking revenue growth initiatives. This role focuses on driving growth levers such as price pack architecture (OBPPC management), assortment mix optimization, pay-for-performance (P4P), and promotional effectiveness tracking. Working closely with the Commercial and Strategy teams, the Associate Manager contributes to portfolio reviews, data analysis, and the development of guidelines that support sustainable revenue growth. This role also supports knowledge sharing and continuous improvement efforts to strengthen RGM capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Prioritized Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives to accelerate revenue growth and improve profitability.
• Assist in managing key growth levers including price pack architecture (OBPPC management), assortment mix optimization, pay-for-performance (P4P), and promotional effectiveness tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial and Strategy to align RGM activities with business objectives.
• Conduct data analysis and participate in portfolio reviews to optimize pricing, assortment, and promotional strategies.
• Contribute to the development of guidelines and tools that support disciplined and forward-looking RGM plays.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Share best practices and support continuous improvement efforts within the RGM team and broader organization.

Leads RGM Strategy & Execution

• RGM principle support: Assist in designing and operationalizing RGM frameworks and processes.
• Growth lever management: Support initiatives across OBPPC, assortment mix, P4P, and promo effectiveness.
• Market insight gathering: Analyze market and competitive data to inform RGM strategies.
• Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with senior team members to secure buy-in and alignment.
• Initiative coordination: Help coordinate RGM projects to ensure timely and effective execution.

In Charge of Data Analytics & Portfolio Management.

• Data-driven insights: Analyze sales, pricing, and promotional data to identify growth opportunities.
• Portfolio review participation: Support routine reviews of SKU and channel performance.
• OBPPC roadmap assistance: Help develop long-term price-pack architecture strategies.
• Promo tracking: Monitor and report on promotional ROI and pay-for-performance outcomes.
• Reporting: Prepare dashboards and reports to communicate RGM performance metrics.

Maintains Cross-Functional Collaboration.

• Team collaboration: Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy teams.
• Communication facilitation: Assist in organizing forums and meetings for knowledge sharing.
• Alignment support: Help ensure RGM activities align with sales and marketing execution plans.
• Vendor coordination: Support interactions with external partners as needed.
• Feedback integration: Incorporate stakeholder input into RGM initiatives.

Ensures Continuous Improvement & Capability Building.

• Best practice sharing: Promote adoption of effective RGM methodologies across teams.
• Training support: Assist in developing and delivering RGM-related training programs.
• Innovation contribution: Suggest improvements to RGM tools, processes, and analytics.
• Performance monitoring: Track KPIs and recommend adjustments to strategies.
• Culture building: Encourage data-driven decision-making and commercial excellence.

Position Requirements:

We seek a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field, supported by 2 to 4 years of experience in revenue growth management, finance, analytics, or commercial strategy. The ideal candidate should demonstrate expertise in: (1) Revenue Growth Management Principles and Execution, (2) Data Analysis and Portfolio Review, (3) Price Pack Architecture (OBPPC) and Assortment Mix Optimization, (4) Pay-for-Performance (P4P) Models and Promotional Effectiveness, (5) Cross-Functional Collaboration, (6) Reporting and Stakeholder Communication, and (7) Continuous Improvement of RGM Capabilities. Strong analytical, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills are essential to support disciplined revenue growth initiatives and contribute to sustainable profit improvement across key categories and channels.
