- Plans, develops, and manages processes (technical and business) to ensure plans are in place to meet business requirements in a cost-efficient manner and within specific targets.
- Directs the analysis and provides expert design advice so that the system solution satisfies management and business requirements.
- Provide strong leadership as coach and mentor to other IT Project Managers to ensure the ongoing development of a highly capable, productive, and engaged workforce with a culture of ownership and delivery
- Delivery of IT projects of good quality, on schedule and within budget
- Ensure awareness and compliance to IT Governance (QA, Compliance, Systems Architecture and Information Security)
- Employs the latest systems management, analysis and design concepts in the review and implementation of IT projects
- Keep management informed of the overall status of projects and other IT-related initiatives
- Minimum of 5 years as Project Manager managing medium to large IT projects
- Has relevant experience in Application Development Project (End-to-end implementation)
- General understanding of technology trends and best practices.
- Proven track record in project management and implementation of medium to large projects.
- Experience in Systems development methodology
- Familiar will all aspects of information technology management
- Strong knowledge of distributed and legacy IT systems
- Strong understanding of IT and business processes, change management, etc.
- Experience in working with a vendor and creating a harmonious transition environment for new and old staff alike
- Employs the latest systems management, analysis and design concepts in the review and implementation of IT projects
