- Monitor and report on quality metrics, and initiate corrective actions when deviation occurs.

- Monitor the technical readiness of the service team, especially for new products and strategic product releases.
- Localize, control, cascade, and ensure maximum utilization of technical content for end-users, service personnel, and service centertechnicians.
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in consumer electronics
- Extensive technical knowledge on product for brown lines
- Strong communication skills, able to assimilate across different cultures
- Above average skill in data handling and analysis
