    QUALITIES:
    - Strong mainframe skill - COBOL Ctrl M, and AWS cloud basic - Incident management experience or knowledge - Knowledgeable with ITIL practice incident, change, etc - Knowledge/experience with support role and service management process - Need ITIL experience / training
