- Bachelors' degree preferably in Computer Science, Software Development, Business, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in business intelligence, data visualization, data science, or financial planning and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership, both written and verbally.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations on the NetSuite platform.
- High level of comfort with ambiguity; ability to structure unstructured problems and resolve quickly.
- Working knowledge of the following is desired: XML, Software Development Life Cycle, Source Control, JIRA/Confluence and MS Office.Strong or written skills and attention to detail are key requirements as this role is also responsible for the creation and upkeep of solution documentation utilized by NetSuite Sales and Professional Services as well as our NetSuite Partner community.
- Solution Analysts will work closely with our SuiteSuccess Solution Management team to identify core requirements for new solution construction or existing solution updates.
- They will also showcase our solutions to the industry influence teams to ensure they met or exceeded the solution requirements.
- AI functional knowledge, prompt engineering or similar
- QA Automation prior experience is a plus
