Job Summary
The Spa Receptionist is responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointments, handling payments, and ensuring smooth daily front desk operations. The role requires excellent customer service, communication skills, and a professional appearance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out
- Answer phone calls, inquiries, and social media messages
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain client records and appointment logs
- Handle payments, issue receipts, and manage daily sales reports
- Promote spa services, packages, and products
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Coordinate with therapists and staff regarding bookings
- Handle customer concerns professionally
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php Php650.00 per day
