Job Scope

• Identify areas for potential products and clients. Contacting potential suppliers and clients to

establish a new business relationship.

• Develop new sales and improve sales through various methods.
• Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand business.
• Train new salespeople to improve sales goals and meet expectations.
• Lead team in product demonstrations.
• Lead the team in collaborating with the technical team and or suppliers to ensure the feasibility of proposed

solutions and or products.

• Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and

competition to keep new business competitive

• Reports and collaboration with management.

Technical Proficiency:

• Understand the technical aspects of audio-visual equipment and solutions.
• Stay updated with advancements in the field.

• Ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable

terms for clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or any related field.
• Five years minimum experience in Pro AV is a MUST.
• Technical experience working in the audio-visual industry to ensure the individual understands the

products and solutions and communicates their benefits.

Salary Range: 70 to 100k

Schedule: 9:00am to 6:00PM
