• Processing and track tax invoices
• Prepare weekly reports (Bank reconciliation, Income Summary, Employment Cost
• Monitor purchases from suppliers with credit limits to ensure compliance and efficient procurement processes.
• Prepare monthly reports (Depreciation and amortization run, financial reports)
• Take charge of lodging BAS (Business Activity Statements) and preparing Income Tax Returns (ITR) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Track inventory and credit limit for suppliers
• Prepare one-off reports and other adhoc tasks
  
  

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role, preferably within the Australian context.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of Australian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Organizational ninja with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
