ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead financial management across Raya Preventive's growing portfolio of regenerative and preventive medicine businesses.
The CFO will ensure financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and active support of our expansion into Thailand and other markets — while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence and patient care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across all entities
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, audits, and internal controls
- Manage healthcare revenue cycles, pricing structures, collections, and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulatory frameworks (BIR, DOH, PhilHealth, BOI,
- Oversee procurement, capital expenditures, and medical equipment investments
- Support business expansion initiatives including Bangkok clinic and laboratory launch (March/April
- Lead and develop finance, billing, and procurement teams
- Maximize profitability and build financial infrastructure to support scale
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business (required)
- CPA certification (preferred); MBA or Master's degree is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience including team leadership
- Healthcare experience preferred — clinics, laboratories, hospitals, or wellness centers
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare billing, pricing, and cost structures
- High integrity, analytical mindset, and ability to work closely with clinicians and founders
- Multi-entity / multi-jurisdiction finance experience is a strong advantage
Starting salary:
Php 70,000
Salary escalation upon additional scope of responsibilities within 6-12 months
