    Job Summary

    The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance. This role ensures the effective implementation of HR policies and programs while supporting organizational goals and fostering a positive work environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR administration.

    Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with labor laws and company policies.

    Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including workforce planning, candidate selection, and onboarding processes.

    Provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns.

    Manage the performance management process, including performance evaluations, coaching, and development planning.

    Oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.

    Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, company policies, and HR best practices.

    Analyze HR data and metrics to support strategic planning and workforce decisions.

    Lead employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and organizational development activities.

    Supervise and mentor HR team members to ensure effective delivery of HR services.

    Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation.

    Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

    At least 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

    Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and HR best practices.

    Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

    Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
