- Conducts monitoring and counterchecking of production parameters, ensuring that standard parameters are met
- Conduct physico-chemical analysis of raw materials, process materials and finished products
- Conduct lab scale trials for raw seaweed deliveries
- Update and encode laboratory results in designated test report sheets and electronic file
- Monitors inventory of stock solution
- Ensure calibration checks are performed for all equipment
- Adherence, application of knowledge and awareness to GMP, Quality Policy and Food Safety Standards
- Can follow analytical work instructions and procedures
