    Role Overview
    • This isn't a script-reading, volume-chasing sales role.
    • As a Sales Development Coordinator, you are the first voice serious investors hear — setting the tone, building trust, and powering the entire pre-Discovery pipeline.
    • From lightning-fast speed-to-lead response to thoughtful qualification conversations and seamless hand-offs to Portfolio Advisors, you own the early journey. You don't "push." You guide. You don't chase leads. You create clarity.
    • Your impact? High-quality Sales Qualified Meetings, stronger show rates, and Advisors who walk into Discovery fully prepared.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Respond to inbound enquiries within 2 hours.
    • Conduct 15–20 minute qualification calls.
    • Assess prospect suitability, readiness, and alignment.
    • Book Discovery Sessions into Portfolio Advisor calendars.
    • Prepare detailed Advisor Briefs with relevant context and insights.
    • Log and manage all activity in HubSpot.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline records.
    • Track and report conversion metrics.
    • Execute follow-ups to prevent leads from going cold.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
    • 2+ years' experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Lead Qualification.
    • Experience managing inbound enquiries and booking qualified meetings.
    • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
    • Strong written English for email and SMS outreach.
    • Confident phone communication skills.
    • Ability to research prospects via LinkedIn.
    • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
    Nice-to-Have:
    • Experience working with professional or high-net-worth clients.
    • Knowledge of Australian property or financial services.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Demonstrated track record of achieving Sales Qualified Meeting (SQM) targets.
    • Experience working in structured, performance-driven sales environments.
    • Strong reporting discipline and data accuracy.
