- Recruitment and Selection: Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and manage the offboarding process for departing employees.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, and handle employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, administer benefits programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development Management (HRDM) or Psychology.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience with expertise in all facets of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR administration, and policy development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
