    • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness.
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.
    • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal financial policies.

    Key qualifications include at least 10+ years of overall experience in accounting, financial management, or controllership roles and strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven experience working with U.S.-based companies is required.
